El Ultimo Taco Taqueria started back in 2000 as a small family-owned business. What started as something small has grown to a business that has now been open to the public for over two decades! During this time, our clients have countlessly voted El Ultimo Taco with the title of “Best Tacos,” which has led us to be recognized by magazine writers, television shows, news channels, and on many social media platforms within the state of Texas. We also have been invited by known taco writers to contests around the state, including in San Antonio, Texas—where we brought home a 1st place award!

Each ingredient in our tacos is made fresh every day. Guests always notice our food quality and love it! In our menu you can find popular street food like our traditional "Matamoros tacos," our the now popular birria quesatacos, tostadas, flautas, frijoles especiales, freshly squeezed lemonade and much more!
